Enzymotec has expanded its nutraceuticals line to include ingredients with baby food applications. The first ingredient in this line is InFat, a structured lipid that is meant to help improve calcium absorption and energy intake of newborns. In addition, Enzymotec intends to further expand its line of infant nutrition ingredients for toddlers of one to three years old.
